Maria played a critical role in helping us move from Texas to Seattle. We had some fairly specific requirements for our new home, and despite viewing dozens of properties, the right place just wasn’t on the market. Importantly, Maria never tried to push us into anything that wasn’t right for us. After I rode with her for a couple of days, I knew that I could trust her knowledge and judgment (plus we had fun). Months went by and it was getting down to the wire. Maria called one day and said, “I found your home, you can relax”. My husband flew up to view the property, while I stayed in Texas to hold the fort. Sure enough, the place was perfect. I told them to go ahead and make an offer based on their verbal input. When my husband brought home the video of the property, I knew we had made the right decision.
I would not have had the confidence to purchase the property sight-unseen without Maria’s horse expertise, and her ability to be completely candid with us. I’ve moved our horses five times in 11 years and this was the easiest move we’ve ever made—we just bedded the stalls and move the mares in!
