Geographically, Bellevue services a large area, south of I-90 to north of Woodinville, east to Redmond, then west to Lake Washington. First-time buyers find condominiums as inexpensive as $100,000, or a small rambler in east Bellevue for $225,000. Frequently, homes sell for well over a million dollars for waterfront on Lake Sammamish or Lake Washington.

In 1993, the reputable flagship William A. Bain office merged with Bellevue Coldwell Banker with amazing results. Since the merger, we have grown to 115 agents serving the greater eastside market. Bellevue has been the Number One Office in the Nation three out of the last four years. We enjoy nearly 40% market-share in the waterfront and Previews home market, contributing to a very productive and professional team of realtors.
